Not much of a racer? Do you love training? if you answered yes then come join me in a free training session 28th June 7am on the water.
I'm holding a free training session, no matter what standard you are at paddling you can come join in the session.
You must be able to sit in your craft and be able to remount should you fall in.
This session is for more of us paddlers to get to know one another. We will train in a safe environment so that we all fell comfortable, the session will be tough, but a good way to test yourself against others that paddle.
We will meet at Botany Bay in the carpark just after the Cooks River Bridge on the left when heading north to south.
Whilst this session will have paddlers of both high and new to paddling standards it is still a good way to get motivated.
The thing I love most about paddling is the challenge of paddling against someone who I don't know, testing myself against them and building a better work ethic for when I go back to my own training.
So be there at 6:45 am.
Bring safety equipment that makes you feel comfortable on the water, life jacket, leg leash and whatever else you train with. Bring a drink bottle.
Most importantly bring yourself and your will to better yourself. 28th June 7am on the water
