Doing a jump on is a tricky thing, often looks easy but hard to do.
The most important thing of all is to know it is a jump on, not a GET IN.
The most important thing to PRACTICE is a jump on, what I mean by that is you need to jump into your ski and keep the flow of the ski. Too often I see people do a get in, they put their bum in the seat drag their legs then try and get a surf ski moving from that position. Then a shore dump hits and they get knocked back to shore race over.
With the video I have attached I would like to show how to do the jump on. By doing the jump on I get forward motion and makes it easy to keep the ski moving.
